The immune system:

Active ingredients contained in the plant strengthen existing cells and help reproduce new cells of the body, which destroy bacteria and other harmful elements.

Their influence also provides smooth movement of oxygen-rich blood in the body, strengthening it and thus making the body able to fight fatigue and weakness, often associated with anemia.

 Antigerontological effect:

Ashwagandha, often referred to as Indian ginseng, is widely known for its anti-aging abilities. It helps to moisturize cells and keep them healthy to the extent possible, filling the body with good cells and reducing cellular degeneration.

 Athletic activity:

Ashwagandha is also known for its ability to keep the testosterone level in the body. This is one of the reasons why many athletes choose to use this plant. Ashwagandha increases muscle strength and improves coordination.


This Indian shrub became well-known as a means of enhancing sexual activity and increasing ability to fertilization and to pregnancy. 

Brain diseases:

It blocks the activity of calcium around neurons, contains tryptophan, helps to regulate cortisol level.


Studies in animals and humans have shown that substances contained in Ashwagandha slow the growth of certain types of cancer cells, including:

 How it works:

 Ingredients: Indian ginseng root (Withania somnifera) powder.


 Dosage: ½ – 1 teaspoon twice a day before meals with warm milk or water.

 It is best to dissolve the powder in a glass of milk, add a few saffron stamens and a pinch of turmeric and heat, without boiling.

 Contraindications: for any diseases connected with increased function of the thyroid gland, take strictly under the supervision of an endocrinologist. Ashwagandha use during pregnancy is contraindicated – it can potentially induce an abortion.
